TOURRANG terms of Use.

Article 1 (purpose)

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the terms and conditions of the text messaging service ("Service") provided by www.tourrang.co.kr ("Site") operated by Tourrang(company). "Company and its procedures, rights and obligations, and other necessary matters.

Article 2 (Our obligations with travelers)

① In order to provide travelers with safe and satisfactory travel services, we must faithfully carry out our duties in the process of establishing and executing travel plans, including travel arrangements, guides, transportation, and accommodations.
② Travelers should cooperate with each other in order to ensure a safe and pleasant trip and to maintain the travel order of tour operators.

Article 3 (Effect and Change of Terms)

1. These Terms and Conditions shall be effective by posting the contents on the company site and notifying the member.
2. The Company may set these Terms to the extent that it does not violate the relevant laws and may change the Terms if necessary.
3. If the Company changes the Terms and Conditions, it will be posted on the Company website from 7 days prior to the effective date to the day before the effective date.
4. If a member disagrees with the changed terms, he / she can stop using the service and withdraw at any time. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of the Terms shall be deemed to be consent to the changes of the Terms.

Article 4 (Application of Terms)

1. The matters not set forth in these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the relevant laws and regulations, or the relevant laws and ordinances, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Article 5 (Definition of Terms)

1. Terms used in these terms are defined as follows.
① Member: An individual who agrees to these Terms of Use and is provided with a user ID and a user password required to use the service and uses the service on the site operated by the Company.
② User ID: A combination of 4 to 12 letters and numbers designated by the member for the identification of the member and the service of the member.
③ User Password: A combination of letters and numbers of 4 to 12 characters set for the purpose of protecting the confidentiality of the member, confirming that the member matches the user ID given to the member.

Article 6 (Sign up)

1. The user is required to fill out the member information in accordance with the registration form established by the company and to sign the agreement by agreeing to the terms and conditions, and the company shall apply for the membership.

Article 7 (Establishment of contract)

1. The contract for the use of the service is established by the application of the user and the consent of the company.
2. The Company reserves the right to consent to the use of the service for any of the following 1 of the following cases.
① If the company does not have sufficient facilities
② If the company is unable to implement technical services
③ If the consent of the use of other companies is difficult
3. The Company may not accept the application for use under one of the followings, and may terminate the contract without prior notice after approval.

② If you applied for someone else's name

④ If the user is expected to interfere with the normal provision of the service or hinder the use of the service by other users
⑤ If you are registered as a credit-impaired person under the Act on Use and Protection of Credit Information
⑥ If the information communication ethics committee is registered as a bad internet service user
⑦ If the application for the application is incomplete or can not be verified
⑧ If you do not agree with the application for other reasons

Article 8 (Using and changing user ID)

1. In principle, the user ID that you specify when you sign up can not be changed and should not be used by a third party.

Article 9 (Company's obligations)

1. The company shall not conduct acts prohibited by the statutes and these terms and conditions and shall do its best to provide the service consistently and reliably as provided under these terms and conditions.
2. The Company takes necessary measures to protect and manage the members' personal information so that the members can use the service safely.
3. The Company shall promptly process any opinions or complaints from the users, if they are justified. However, if it is difficult to process it immediately, the customer should be notified of the reason by e-mail or telephone.
4. In principle, the Company shall not disclose or distribute personal information of members to third parties without their consent. However, except as follows:
① If there is a requirement of the national agency by the law such as the Basic Act on Telecommunications
② If there is a criminal purpose for the crime or a request from the Information Communication Ethics Committee
③ If there is a request in accordance with procedures set forth in other relevant laws and regulations

Article 10 (Membership Obligations)

1. Members must comply with all the matters stipulated in these Terms and Conditions, and instructions and instructions on service use.
2. Members provide and maintain complete, truthful, accurate, and current information consistent with the requirements of the registration form.
3. Members have the obligation to manage their own ID and password, and members are responsible for any consequences resulting from their negligence.
4. The member shall not allow his / her ID and password to be used by a third party. If the ID and password are stolen or recognized by a third party, the member shall notify the company immediately and You must follow the instructions provided by the company.
5. Members shall not engage in activities that harm public order or morals or the following acts when using services.
① Misuse of another user's user ID
② Acts of hacking or spreading computer virus
③ Continuously transmitting similar information such as advertisement information against the intention of others
④ Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others
⑤ To commit criminal acts or Suborn
⑥ Acts intended to carry out anti-national crimes
⑦ Harmful goodwill or other social order
⑧ Any act that may interfere with or prevent the safe operation of the Service

Article 11 (Use of services)

1. Use of the service is possible immediately after the company confirms membership.
2. Service hours are normally 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except when there is no particular problem in the company's business or technology. However, the date and time set by the company, such as the periodic inspection of the system, are not the case, and the company will notify it in advance or after.

Article 12 (Limit and stop service delivery)

1. The Company may limit or suspend all or any part of the provision of the Service in any of the following cases:
① Inevitable due to maintenance, regular inspection or construction of service facilities
② When a telecommunications carrier specified in the Telecommunication Business Act terminates telecommunication services
③ In case of war, displacement, natural disasters, or equivalent national emergencies
④ If there is a disruption in the use of the service due to a failure of the service facility or a congestion of service use
⑤ If you have acted in a way that damages the reputation of others or causes disadvantage
⑥ If the service charge is not paid within the specified time
⑦ In case of intentional dissemination of contents that are detrimental to public order and morals
⑧ Continuously sending advertising messages against or against the recipient's intent.

Article 13 (Notes on Service Usage)

1. If the transmission of text messages is concentrated, the transmission may be delayed or failed. The member must check the transmission result after sending the message and the member is responsible for the disadvantage caused by not checking the transmission result.
2. Successful transmission of a text message is assumed to be normally transmitted to a text message transmission system of each mobile communication carrier.
3. The company is not responsible for any loss of messages that are deleted by the system beyond the time the message is retransmitted (12 hours) or the recipient is out of the service area or the service is unavailable.

Article 14 (Copyright of post)

1. The intellectual property rights of the materials posted or registered by the user on the service page belong to the user. However, the company has the right to post the service homepage and can use the user's posts only within the company's services.
2. You may not use commercially published materials, such as processing or selling information obtained through the use of the Service, and you are solely responsible for any problems that may arise from such violation.
3. The Company shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the inspection, search and management of the contents of user posts.

Article 15 (Refund Policy)

1. The Company shall return the overdue or prepayment charge if there is overdue payment, etc., and return the appropriate interest as the statutory rate if the payment is due to the Company's cause.
2. Only in the case of a prepayment, the user can request the return of the prepayment fee before using the service. In such cases, the Company will return the requested return fee to the bank account you paid from the date the user requests the return to the end of the following month.
However, the refund will only be possible if the refund amount is at least 10,000 won, and the refund may be deducted at the time of refund.
3. If you pay by mobile phone or credit card, you can refund after paying all balance.
4. After reviewing the reasons for the refund, the company will either refund the member's shipping amount to the member's account or refund it to the customer's account with the amount calculated according to the terms of the refund I can give you a refund.
5. Company refunds (20% of the total usage fee), PG fee, and remittance charge, which were notified by the Ministry of Finance and Economy in the balance of the number of shipment remaining after purchasing the customer's refund application.

Article 16 (Damages)

1. If the member fails to use the service for reasons attributable to the Company, the Company shall indemnify the Member for damages.
2. The methods and procedures of damages are subject to the relevant laws and regulations.
3. If a member violates the Terms or violates the relevant laws and regulations, the third party or company is liable for damages to the third party or company.

Article 17 (Immunity)

1. The Company shall be exempted from liability for damages if the damages are caused by acts of God or force majeure, or due to intention or negligence of the customer.
2. The Company shall not be liable for the contents of the materials posted or transmitted by users.
3. The Company shall not be held responsible for failing to provide services to users for reasons attributable to the Company for services provided free of charge.

Article 18 (Dispute settlement)

1. In case of any dispute concerning personal information, the Company and the User may request the dispute settlement committee of the Korea Information Security Center to resolve the dispute quickly and effectively.
2. If a lawsuit is filed against disputes arising from the use of services such as fees, the court of the headquarters of the company shall be the court of competent jurisdiction.
